Privacy notice

Your question and email

The AI contact form collects your email and question to verify your request and provide a response. This does not subscribe you to marketing or the newsletter. Do not include passwords, financial details, or sensitive customer information.

Verification and AI processing

When the service is enabled, Resend delivers a verification email. Only after you confirm is your email and question sent to the n8n workflow and its configured AI provider to prepare a response. AI responses may contain errors.

Storage

Verification links expire after 30 minutes. The website stores a hash of each token, rather than the token itself. Expired unverified requests and website request records older than seven days are removed during the next contact service request. Resend, n8n, and the AI provider may have separate retention settings, which must be confirmed before public launch.

Abuse prevention and hosting

The service uses short-lived hashed rate-limit keys derived from an email address or IP address. The hosting provider may also process technical request data to deliver and protect the website. Private preview access controls may use their own cookies.

Analytics and third-party links

This site does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Research source links lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
